What is a Goldendoodle?

A goldendoodle is a mix between a Golden Retriever and Poodle. You get the "best of both worlds" with this designer dog. Golden Retrievers have a family-friendly temperament while Poodles are one of the most intelligent breed of dogs. Goldendoodles are very loyal, intelligent, and don't shed. 
A F1 goldendoodle is a first generation puppy from a Golden Retriever and Poodle. An F1B is a first generation (F1) dog bred to a poodle. These puppies are usually curlier with little to no shedding. A multi-generational Goldendoode is a Goldendoodle bred to a Goldendoodle and are often said to look like teddy bears!
