1. Learn About Our Program
 

We want you to be well informed and fully prepared before bringing one of our puppies into your home. Puppies are a big commitment! Your normal schedule will be changed (but for the good!) and there is a big time commitment associated with a new puppy. Our puppies are home and hand raised by our family. We follow the Badass Breeder Advanced Puppy Curriculum, including early neurological stimulation, daily puppy handling exercises, and early scent introduction. These handling exercises make our puppies (potential) service prospects. We begin potty training and crate training to help make the transition into your home and family as smooth as possible. We perform temperament/personality testing at 7 weeks old and allow our families to choose their puppy soon thereafter. We look at puppies assertiveness, confidence, motivation, touch tolerance, nerve strength, energy level. sight/sound sensitivity, prey drive, human focus, tenderheartedness and dog friendliness. You will receive a profile on each of our puppies before your puppy match appointment.

2. Apply For A Puppy/Litter

After you have reviewed our pricing and puppy contract/health guarantee, you can fill out an application            . Please select the litter that you're interested in, and please make sure that "Go Home" timing is right for you and your schedule. You can see a detailed list of our upcoming litters HERE. We are beyond honored and thankful that you are considering us as your breeder and look forward to getting to know you!

3. Schedule an Interview

After reviewing your application, we will reach out to you within 3-5 business days to schedule a phone interview if your application has been approved. We love to connect 1:1 with each of our families before adding them to our wait list. We have the right to approve/deny a puppy application for any reason. We want to make sure that our program is a good fit for your needs and desires.

4. Place a Reservation Fee

After approving your application and having a phone interview, we will let you know your placement on the litter of your choice (i.e. 2nd pick of males, 2nd pick of females, etc.)  We require a $400 reservation fee to join the litter of your choice. 

This fee is nonrefundable but does go toward the total cost of the puppy. Fees can be paid through Venmo, Zelle, Square Invoice (+2.9% processing fee), or a mailed check. This fee must be used towards a puppy in the next 18 months or your fee will be forfeited, and you must reapply in order to re-join our wait list.

5. Join Our List

Now comes the hardest part: waiting! Perfection takes, time, though, and we know the wait will be well worth it! We will continue to update all the families on our list so that they are the first to hear about heat timings, confirmed breedings, confirmed pregnancies, the birth of the puppies, and any other exciting news!
